Wal-Mart’s Long March to China: How a Mid-American Retailer Came to Stake its Future on the Chinese Economy

The Commodities and Markets research group will meet on Friday, February 20, from noon-1pm in HSSB 4041, to discuss Nelson Lichtenstein’s paper, entitled “Wal-Mart’s Long March to China: How a Mid-American Retailer Came to Stake its Future on the Chinese Economy.” Nelson will give a short introduction but we will spend most of the hour discussing the paper. All are welcome.
