10/28/2003 West Campus Project Awarded NEH Grant Jenny Dugan and Anita Guerrini are co-PIs for a grant entitled “Historicizing Ecological Restoration” which has been funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities for a three-year (2003-2006) Collaborative Projects grant. The project uses the West Campus site as a case study for the use of history in ecological restoration. This was the only Collaborative Projects grant awarded in California in this cycle. This adds to previous funding for this project from the Pearl Chase Fund of the UCSB Academic Senate and the Research Across Disciplines program of the UCSB Office of Research.
