Native American History, U.S. History

M.A.

Advisor: Pekka Hämäläinen

I am interested in how U.S. institutions dealt with the active presence of indigenous religious traditions in the late nineteenth century. As a graduate student at UCSB I worked with Pekka Hämäläinen, Inés Talamantez, and George Lipsitz. I am currently completing a PhD in the history department at Yale.
